ColorBooksAI ("we", "us") operates the pre-launch website at colorbooksai.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you join our waitlist for our upcoming adult coloring book app and how we use it.

- Technical data — such as browser user agent and submission timestamp, used for basic abuse prevention and debugging.

We use your email address solely to:
- Notify you when the ColorBooksAI mobile app launches.
- Send essential launch-related updates you opted into.
We do not send welcome emails or marketing sequences at this stage, and we have not integrated a third-party email delivery service for outbound messages yet.
Storage and security
Waitlist data is stored in a secure Neon Postgres database. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Retention and deletion
We retain waitlist emails until the app launches and for a reasonable period afterward, unless you request deletion sooner. To request removal of your email, contact us at hello@colorbooksai.com.
Your choices
Joining the waitlist is optional. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not submit your email address.
